Every Office release from 2010 to 2021 is here, and they do not install the same way: 2010 comes as a downloaded setup file, 2013 through 2019 are redeemed on setup.office.com and pulled from your Microsoft account, and 2021 arrives as a disc image you open directly. Pick your version below and the guide will match what you actually see. If a key keeps refusing to activate, the usual culprit is a trial copy the manufacturer left behind, which the uninstall guide clears out first.
